Land in Maharashtra lives in two parallel record systems — the courts and the revenue administration — and a defect in either can freeze a property for a generation. Our practice covers both.

Before civil courts, we conduct suits for declaration of title, permanent and mandatory injunctions, specific performance of agreements, partition of family property, and money recovery — with an emphasis on strong pleadings and interim relief that protects the client’s position from day one.

Before revenue authorities, we pursue and defend mutation entries, correct errors in 7/12 extracts and property cards, obtain NA use permissions, and handle appeals through the hierarchy from Tahsildar and SDO to the Collector, Divisional Commissioner and the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal. Because we work in both systems daily, we ensure a victory in one is properly reflected in the other.
